We may provide free trial periods, subject to agreement between us, to let you fully evaluate our portal. During the trial period, you get complete usage access to all of our features. Thereafter, you can opt for any of the plans available on our portal and pay for the subscription fee in advance.
The fees paid for the subscription plan are refundable for 30 days from when your subscription starts.

Cancellations after 30 days of subscription will not be refunded, however, the user will have access to the platform till they have paid for.
The subscription fee shall be deducted automatically using the payment method you have opted for. In case the payment of subscription fee fails due to any reason, your access to the portal shall be revoked and cancelled.
